Here are the six steps we’ll take together to create content and presentations your customers and clients will love

You can contact me by email or via the contact page on this website, with a few lines about your project.

Once I have received your initial email, I can give you a very rough idea of what I’ll charge. If this suits you then we can get on with the brief. 

To create a project brief, I’ll talk with you about your business, your project, an approximate word count and your time frame.

I’ll have lots of questions because the better I understand your offer, the better I can sell it to your customers. I might also send you a quick questionnaire to be sure I have the right information to do a great job for you.

Quote

After gaining all the information from our discussions, I will send a quote stating exactly how much I will charge you for the project.

The total cost will be based on how much research I will need to do and roughly how much time it will take me. 

Rather than charging on word or time count, I focus on the project. So if it takes longer than expected the fee will not change.

The quote includes:

- Research
- Writing the first draft
- Two sets of revisions

- Final proofread and edit

Confirmation of Project

If the quote suits you, then we can go ahead. I will send you an email confirmation of the project brief, agreed timeline, and the price. 

I will also send you a copy of my terms and conditions, by agreeing to work with me, you agree to my terms and conditions.

I will ask for a 50% deposit before I start work and then the rest of the payment within 14 days of completion

Research

Before I start the writing process, depending on your project, thorough research by be needed as well as some more work on the project brief. 

It may be that you have particular sites, feedback or products you wish me to address in my piece.

Making this step vital in order to create the ideal content for you.

The Writing Phase

Now it's time for to start writing. As soon as I have the first draft I will send it you in Word format.

 
Then it's over to you for feedback. Constructive criticism and honest feedback will help me deliver the perfect product for you. There are two revisions included in the quote, to allow for this back and forth. 

When we reach the final draft, I will proofread and do the final edit to make sure it is neat and tidy for you.

Final Invoice

Once the project is finished I will email you the final copy in Word format along with an invoice for the remaining 50% of my fee. 

Payment is due within 14 days.
